Daily Inspiration -I want to thank everyone who linked up to Fab Finds for the 4th. What fun projects & recipes! I’m working on a dedicated paint party for each week, so stay tuned.
We can learn a lot from watching children, especially the little ones. They’re not worried about tomorrow, or even later in the day. They’re totally immersed in the moment.
I hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of July celebration. Summer is truly in full swing now. If you have kids, that means finding activities that keep them engaged and also save your sanity!

Here’s another way to stamp out some paint fun using simple sponges.
CleanMama
CleanMama
Clean Mama has step by step photos showing how to create this garden with sponges. The garden is darling, but the possibilities are endless by cutting a variety of simple shapes.
This is just too cool – the kids paint watercolor paints on the paper and a painting magically appears! DoehlerDays shows you how to do it. You will need either a clear or white crayon to make the magic happen. It’s a perfect project for little ones & older kids too.
NewNostalgia
How about some scratch ‘n sniff paint? Made with Kool-Aid! I love how Amy @ NewNostalgia uses a muffin tin for her palette.
So if the kids are driving you nuts – hey, it’s only July, remember – try one of these fun painting projects. Kids + paint = Fun!
