Alright. This isn’t exactly a tone-on-tone mural. But it has that appearance, doesn’t it?
Back in the 90’s my BFF, Debbie, painted her bedroom walls a beautiful rich taupe, stood back and said, “meh.” Ever been there? Deb, being one of the most brilliant and creative people I’ve ever met, simply took some high gloss sealer and added vertical stripes to one wall. It was incredible, the transformation. Very soft and muted, but it stood out enough to add some pow to the room.
When I saw this post by Beth at Sawdust & Embryos I knew I had to one day share it ‘cause it reminded me of Deb’s room way back when.
