I wanted to take a moment to wish you the merriest of Christmases. I hope your season is full of joy and love.
We’ll be celebrating in a quiet way, just Mom and me, and that’s just fine with us. Oh, it’s easy to become melancholy if we don’t watch out. But honestly, I couldn’t wish for anything more than the blessings I have in my life right now.
And you, my friends, are a huge part of my blessings. You keep me going when I’d like to stop, keep me inspired when I feel empty, and give me encouragement when I need it the most.
I hope . . . I pray that I can return the favor in some small part.
I’m so looking forward to the new year, with loads of new painting projects, tutorials and whatever else Life has in store.
