Storybook Castle . . . Again

I posted this project yesterday but could not get the link party buttons to post. I have no idea why. I tried everything – deleting, reposting, etc. – and nothing worked. So I decided to rewrite it as a new post and see if it happens. If this has happened to you, please let me know. I’d love to know how to fix it.

I love that little girls still love princesses & fairies, just like when I was a little girl. It just goes to show the more things change, the more they stay the same.

This is quite a bit mural on canvas – 52” high by 40” long. It nearly covers an entire wall in a small bedroom.

Storybook Castle

I made the banners and flags purple, cuz every little girl I know loves purple! When this mural finds a home, I’ll add initials to the banners.

The castle grounds have little purple, blue & white flowers on a lawn of soft greens.

The border is a loose scroll with climbing pink flowers and leaves winding around it.

If you look at the top of this pic, you can see the stitching line. There is a casing at the top that holds a large white dowel that has finials attached. (I forgot to take a picture of those :( sorry)

This sweet castle is going into my Etsy shop, but if you’re interested in it (or something like it), just email me.

These are the link parties I’m linking to today. I’m crossing my fingers!
