Painting Ideas for Curtains

I know. I’m getting ahead of myself here by looking at fabric ideas for the new/old house. There’s still so much painting of walls & cabinets to do.

Not to mention packing. Moving. Unpacking.

I’m in a bit of overwhelm this morning. And when I hit overwhelm, I look at new projects.

Crazy, right?

It’s one of my ‘overwhelm’ mechanisms.

Thank goodness for blogging. Since it may snow today, I’m not actually gonna run out and buy some new fabric. I’m just going to dream-blog about these fabric painting projects.

We’re going to need some new curtains. Uh, have you priced curtains lately? They’re either too pricey or I’m not wild about the fabric.

I love this idea! I know I can find sheets in nearly any color.

I’m not so sure about the stencil thing though.

It’s been years since I’ve tried to stencil.

I’ve never had one stencil project turn out. Not one.

I’m stencil-impaired. Or challenged.

Maybe it’s time to give stenciling another try.

But not today. I have loads more packing to do on this rainy, almost-snowing day.

Ok, I might sneak in a little painting project.

Somebody help me.
