What self-described crafter/artsy person doesn’t love Mod Podge, right? You know, that fabulous glue-like stuff that turns scrapbook paper into wall art?
So I may or may not be the only person who didn’t know you could add a few drops of food coloring to Mod Podge like Heather at Straight Stitches to transform a simple vase.
On the slightest chance that I’m not the only person who hadn’t heard of this cool trick of Mod Podge and food coloring, I thought you might want to know how much food coloring to use. Right?
No – I didn’t spend all weekend figuring out the formula. Not when all I have to do is check out Blogland to find a fabulous post by Pam at GingerbreadSnowflakes.
Pam doesn’t just tell you what to do – she shows you what not to do.
Girl after my own heart, she is.
So if you have a plain ol’ clear vase that needs some pizazz, or a bunch of jam jars you want to turn into tea light holders, check out Straight Stitches & GingerbreadSnowflakes.
