No-Sew Curtains

I can sew. Truly, I can! It’s just that my sewing machine is in retirement.

And I moved into a house that has no curtains, drapes or window treatments save for some cheapo blinds {aack!}

I looked at some store-bought, readymade panels. One word – Ick. Bland, boring, chintzy-looking. Not chintz like the fabric – chintzy, like cheapo.
